That’s quite a lot to comprehend. I can also add that its smell is also used in aromatherapy as an anti depressant. All of this is just for use on the external parts of our body.
Helichrysum Italicum can also be diluted in vegetable oil such as apricot oil and used as a friction on the suffering organ. It is advised not to use for long periods of time, in fact a local use diluted in a vegetable oil for small children and pregnant women, do not ingest and do not use on the abdominal belt of expectant mothers.

When used internally it has a therapeutic effect on the liver, however it has to be administered in the right doses and by an aroma therapist. Its various uses make it extremely popular for different trauma’s, being far stronger than the renowned Arnica, and without secondary effects. It can be applied to the skin without any difficulty. Also a natural blood thinner, it effectively combats the heavy leg syndrome! Its facility for tightening skin tissues are reputed and acts on scar tissue operatively, thus permitting rapid healing. One of the other uses of Helichrysum is for treating some allergies, and with its vitamin k properties used for the capillaries helping to strenghten their blood vessels, therefore lessening fragility. A continuous use has reduced symtoms in phebology, heavy legs, oedemas and rosacea.

CULINARY
The name Curry plant is often used for Helichrysum Italicum this “curry herb” is occasionally used for culinary purposes, but its fragrance is not alike to curry leaves at all. Personally it reminds me more of sage and mugwort. It can mix with other Mediterranean herbs for a subtle flavor, for Italian or French food recipes.
I need to develop this more as I’m trying to find some recipes with this in it so you can all swarm to your frying pans. Or if any of you reading this have some etc feel free to send them to me, I’ll cite you with the recipes.
