Naturally Aged Immortelle Essential Oil

We have kept distilled wild Immortelle since 2010 storing the best 5 kg+ of every year since then .

I have now 88 kg in stock to date for the last 14 years

in 2007 in the cellar of our house in Palneca (Corsica) I found a 423 gr glass bottle ( covered with a thick cloth as a light & UV protection probably)..This Helichrysum oil was labelled by hand "14 Juillet 1964 á midi - U Paladinu" ( "Midi" means "noon" in French). This oil dates to when my uncle was still distilling oil, who had taken over from my late Fathers untimely death. I still keep this bottle to this day, and no, sorry, it’s not for sale. I have called this bottle "Stamatin" in memory of the well known heroic WW II acts of my Father ( Read the about please ), I will miss him forever... It is now secured now in the safe of a French bank in Corsica
 

Like an old wine it is exceptional in many aspects, without mentioning the fact that its smell is extraordinarily powerful, sweet and is Aroma therapeutic : studies have revealed that the mere smelling of natural aromatic oils, such as Helichrysum essential oil, could help you to sleep better, focus better and improve your mood even in some cases when repair is needed  the negative behavioural patterns consequences of mental health.
 

I do know that this field that we harvested at the time (in a place called "U paladinu", not too far from Favalella, between the road and the river) and was only operational since seeded in 1963, and harvested the year after in 1964. ( Note that we are use to calling The Stillicionu ,"A piaghia" , the beach of Palneca, as the river U Taravu starts in our mountains and finds its way to the sea near Porto Pollo -this note is relevant to Compatriots) 
 

In the present time we do know that when we seed a new field, the first essential oil can only be produced 3 years later at best, so to achieve a good analysis ( Acetate about 28%) and this is what we do since 2007 / 2008 . The stamatin sample distilled the second year, despite the fact that the yield was non existent, was already fabulous with its Neryl Acetate (N.A) close to reach 45%. When I did the analysis 8 years after its discovery ( see below ), we think, after speaking with the lab, that the N.A could have not reached 10% at the time under the circumstances ( however it was already twice then what some other country are proud to achieve nowadays ) because the youth of the field with roots not deep enough to do their work .

Conclusion the ageing is benefic to the Neryl Acetate increasing naturally of 35% in 60 years !!

As explained above we think that the core value of this oil would have improved since the time that it was made last year. We will sale only what is left , if any, of the present 48 kg under the 2022 vintage tab directory. This oil will not be sold in bulk but only online for both B2B and B2C once the 2023 oil is distilled and available. Its premium price will be upgraded then.
